As the sun lowers behind the Tramuntana mountains, we open the farm for Amargéro Hour each Sunday, beginning two hours before sunset. A relaxed aperitivo and tasting of our bitter orange aperitif, with cocktails and polo in the background. Reservations are free, but essential.
